🛑These were escalated to Department of Health – we have asked for them – and been reviewed.🛑

SOAS research has shown that :

“On 22 February 2024, the Department of Health (DoH) wrote to RQIA to commission a review of the pathways associated with the temporary suspension of Emergency General Surgery at SWAH as a result of patient safety concerns escalated in a letter to the DoH (dated 8 February 2024) from a group of clinicians based within WHSCT.”

We would very much like to see this letter- if any clinicians reading this can help us. hese were escalated to Department of Health – we have asked for them – and been reviewed.
