
“It is seriously concerning to hear that, throughout 2024/25, the Northern Ireland Ambulance Service consistently failed to meet critical response time targets of 8 and 15 minutes, including for life-threatening 999 calls. During the winter months, it failed entirely to meet the 30-minute threshold for urgent emergency transport— placing lives at unacceptable risk”.
